Skateboarding involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety:
Participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks involved in skateboarding and related activities
By participating, participants assume these risks and agree to hold SKATECUBE KIDS harmless from injuries resulting from ordinary program activities
This does not waive liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct
Important: Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a more detailed waiver and release form before their child participates in physical program activities. Please review that document carefully.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and educational materials, is the property of SKATECUBE KIDS or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
